The Sales Supervisor is responsible for establishing ad maintaining guest services. They are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store to maximize sales/profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all company policies and procedures. 

The minimum age requirement for a Sales Supervisor is 18. 

Physical demands for the job include 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
